I had an experience recently when my key fob broke and key was stuck in the ignition.
I called Car shield and they got me a tow truck and I got all the stuff stuff taken care of that same day and Bill was taken care of.

Just say my costly car repairs is always somehow, never covered by car shield

When I originally got your service, your representative told me that I was covered bumper-to-bumper on anything now I get told you will only cover me $200 on a transmission problem and a DEFproblem that your people say is none of your problem I am completely dissatisfied with your abilities. I think you misled me your representative did anyway it's going to cost me out-of-pocket $2200 because of your people's misrepresentation to me I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know and believe me, I know lots of people. After reviewing further, it appears that the out-of-pocket costs for the transmission repairs are due to your deductible rate, according to the contract, as well as discrepancies between the labor rates used by the repair facility and those recommended by a nationally recognized labor guide. Additionally, the DEF system is not listed for coverage on your contract. I had a transmission issue while on vacation. I used AAMCO transmission repair. AAMCO assisted in filing my claim.
Once the claim was submitted Car Shield worked hard to help expedite my repair so I could return home.
I'm not sure if I got lucky because both my Car Shield adjuster and the AAMCO repair shop were both great.

I was quoted a wait time of maybe 60 min... After waiting about 1hr and 45 min I decided to call Carshield again was told the tow people never got the dispatch...also that i would have to wait another 30 min. Tow truck pulls up to service my tire. He did it quickly and was super professional! Before he left he mentioned he called me several times but the number wasn't in service. He then proceeded to check the number with me and of course it was all mixed up. We cleared it up and wished each others blessed day. Car Shield dropped the ball. Maybe the dispatcher had a little too much fun the night before and started the day of in a fog. IDK what i do know in the back ground they had a lot of giddy females have a good time laughing and talking either way had I been stuck on the side of the road my call back wouldve went a lot differently! I look at this as a teachable moment for the company. Correct data input, and other peoples time matters! It's ok to have a happy place to work but the background noise level was a bit much! Also after I had a second tow guy calling he was sent to a address I had a previous claim out for which definitely didn't make sense.
