Car was in the shop a week and the work still not approved, so parts not ordered.

After further review, it appears there were inconsistencies in the diagnostics provided by the repair facility, which led to an inspection being ordered for additional clarification. Unfortunately, some of the findings from the inspection did not align with the original diagnostics. At this time, the claim is still under review.
