When our truck would not start we thought it was the battery. What we found out is the alternator was not working. We called Car Shield and got immediate help. They made sure we had our truck back as soon as possible. We would recommend them to anyone whose warranty is no longer in force. Great company! Thank you Car Shield!

NEEDED SERVICE
ALL BRAKE ASSOCIATED LIGHTS IN DASH ARE ILLUMNATED.
CHECKED AT O'RIELEYS AND FOUND REAR WHEEL SENSOR WAS SENDING AN ERROR MESSAGE.
LOOKED UP CAR SHIELD FRO A PLACE NEARBY. MOST DIDN'T LOOK LIKE I WOULD WANT TO TAKE MY CAR THERE.
FOUND TWIN STATE MOTOR COMPANY.
DECIDED TO GO THERE.
IT WAS A GOOD CHOICE.BILLY STRICKLAND LISTENED TO ME THEN EXPLAINED THE PROCESS.
LEFT MY CAR THERE.HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THE PART NEEDED WAS NOT AVAILABLE BY AFTERMARKET. HE SAID HE'D TRY A NEARBY DEALER. THEY GOT THE PART AND INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY.
THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL NECESSARY CONTACTS WITH CAR SHIELD

I had an issue with my 2016 Dodge Journey motor. I reached out to CarShield to brief them on the issue. I also needed towing to get my car into the shop of which this was also done through CarShield for boarded cost based on location to the shop! While my car was also in the shop, I still had the convenience of a rental for 14 days through CarShield while repairs were being done. All of this so far would be an exorbitant price. This only cost me my deductible and I was able to get back my car within an ample timing without me breaking the bank. This service I highly recommend to anyone.

Car repair stress me out

Between the mechanic and Car Shield I did nothing but take my car in. Car Shield was the best at getting our rental and our car repairs done quickly and it only cost me 100 bucks. I've been a Car Shield member for about four years. This was my first claim on it and I'll tell you what I am a member for life.
