I contacted cashiers for a quote. They explained everything in a way I understood. The rates were good. Signing was super eady.
I was on my way to a multi-stop vacation. I get an hour away from home and my 2014 vehicle stopped at a red light but has trouble going forward on the green light. My transmission failed. I called CarSheild, who sent a tow truck, took me to a transmission shop. It was confirmed that I needed a transmission. From there I called a car rental, who came & picked me up. I continued on my planned trip. When I picked up my car, I saw the bill, it was almost $7,000. My portion of that bill was less than $500. A few weeks later, I requested help with the rental car bill & CarSheild is in the process of reimbursement right now. I have had several opportunities to share my experience with friends & neighbors. YES, it works!

More than likely going to cancel simply bc you have to continuously reach out to get anything followed up on. I was told they would contact my service provider twice for my jaguar. The work is done and yet to hear anything from Car shield. I don't want to be pushed to continue service for them to ghost me when I actually need help. They make themselves essentially unreachable outside of business hours with 0, follow up. I would recommend endurance and sadly will pay more just for the reassurance that someone actually cares to fix anything as opposed to a simple profit from subscribing.

I had my car taken to a repair shop that you selected. My car was not fixed. I am still having the same problems. You advised me to contact the shop that fixed it. I tried and found out they were closed. I am out $2285. You told me to get it diagnosed again, I have to pay over $150.00 to get it done again, to see when the new dealer, can diagnose it again. This is so unfair. I have been a customer of yours over 20 years.

The air conditioner went in my car. I had never used my Car Shield protection at this point so I called them to find out how to proceed. I was a little worried because my auto garage, a Ford Dealership, would not accept Car Shield contracts and they are the only place I take my car for it's regular maintenance but the Car Shield representative spoke to them, found that out and then recommended a Midas dealership in my area that would so I took it to Midas. They, not only fixed my car that same day, but were in contact with Car Shield and handled all that for me. I was, pleasantly, surprised that Car Shield paid over half of the bill immediately and I paid my portion. It was a very easy, convenient and pleasant experience.

Today's vehicles are loaded with expensive electronic equipment. Some parts can cost thousands of dollars. Car Shield covers every major part except for wear and tear. Coverage of one part could pay for a couple of years of premiums.
