Second time contacting CarShield for basically the same issue. I was able to select an authorized mechanic/company to work on the issue, which happens to be my regular mechanic. Will find out soon how CarShield handles the payment for my issue to be fixed.

I have called twice now about my policy expiring and trying to find out what my options are…. Apparently, there are complications because I live in California …. Both times I was told someone would get back to me … no one has yet…. When I tried to call a third time I got a message about tech issues on your end…. Kind of frustrating

Car Shield called I got a record for them to take my car to the shop it's like it was a mile and a half from where I live if that. But it still cost $125.

Completely disatisfied! Your inspector had no idea how that happened? I was not speeding only 60 mph the steering wheel started to pull to the right I imeadetly hit the brakes to slow down because of no control then the tire blew out because it came back an hit the fender I've only used you 2 times in all this time an still had to pay 400 bucks once I'm done I pay you and you try every little trick to get out of it I will give you the worst rating I possible can your company takes from people that trusted you an then you don't live up to your promas well fool me once but that's all your crooked as they come to me

Needed a new cooling fan. Not under cs. So far, 3 /4 yrs of monthly payments, you do not pay for anything.

The garage's estimate nearly $2600, however CarShield only authorized around $700. I don't mind the deductible, however only authorizing 2.5 hours on an 8 hour repair and only paying for the cheapest aftermarket parts ($106. Vs $450) each x 2

It was lit up I guess sensor. I call customer service ( I think the guy name was Eric). I told him what was going on with the vehicle and he check my warranty status and took it from there. He made it an easy process and made sure I was comfortable and that it will be taking care of even down to a rental car.

So far the experience has been very good they had to order my parts that was needed to do the repairs for the ac not working I have been in contact with car shield and rep was very helpful explaining what the process would be like and so far every thing is going well just waiting on the parts to come so the shop can repair my veh and get it back in use and back on the road

It took almost One Hour for the service provider in this case it was Big O Tires in new Albany Indiana to get approval to start work. He said he would have to really think long and hard to use CarShield again.
