My truck broke down I was told was covered from bomber to bomber but when truck put in shop it was not covered they paid nothing. I now know what people was saying is true about car shield. Been with this company too long for nothing just money gone took.

I have an older but relatively low mileage truck that careshield is protecting. If it wasn't for careshield I would have had to refinance my truck to get it fixed. Careshield has saved me 1000s of dollars. I'm a walking talking billboard board for careshield. Driving a vehicle is expensive but careshield helps. Thanks CARESHIELD!

You say my deductible is one price, but it always turns out to be more. The reason for this is that the dealership charges more for their labor costs. Please explain this to your salesperson. That way, it is no surprise to your customers. Explain the auto parts to your customers as well. There are a lot of pros and cons to the extended warranty for all vehicles. Trying to find an auto mechanic who deals with Carshield is not easy. I know you are going to say it is in your contract, but it is also in small print that most people do not take the time to read it. LOL! I, for example.

My truck has been in at Sam season ford for almost 10 days and has not been worked on yet! It's gonna probably take at least another week when they do fix it. You need to hire your own inspectors
