I tell everyone about how satisfied I have been with car shield. All my life I kept Ford extended warranty but Ford wouldn't call me back so right before my mileage turned over I went with y'all. Got an email re lower monthly cost after I signed up. Was told it would change to that cost. Haven't received correction in writing. Still waiting.

Anytime I have had a mechanical issue CarShield has kept their promise. Everything they say in their commercials are true. Great service and my car dealership loves worksite them

After speaking to custkmer service and recieving many emails stating my deductible was $500 almost 2 weeks and 15 emails later they want to up my deductible to $1000 when THEY confirmed many times it was $500. Then to top it off wanting to make me responsible for parts difference because they wont pay more than the amount they set.

After several years of positive experiences, I no longer need the service. When I called to cancel, both representatives I spoke with were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their communication and assistance. My only recommendation is that once a sales representative is informed that there is no longer a need for the policy, the conversation could be a bit more concise. Despite that, she was very helpful and pleasant. If I ever need coverage again in the future, I would have no hesitation in selecting CarShield.

I am 72 years of age. I had a bad boutique with Covid in 2023. It affected my memory. I recently had two of my cards compromised. I thought I had let CarShield know about it. But apparently I didn't. Therefore my payment did not go through. When I received their call, the young lady was so wonderful. She sat there and listened to the whole Covid experience and sounded genuinely sorry about my experience. With a patience way past mine, she listened, expressed her sympathy for my experience and calmly took my new information. I wish I had written down her name. She is a positive roll model for all new hires.

Carshield has lived up to expectations! They also covered rental during repairs. I'm very pleased with the service and communication throughout the entire process. I have recommended Carshield to peers based off of my last TWO service calls with my 2014 Mercedes E350. The only downside is the dealership has taken some issue with Carshield pricing. I have had to cover the difference out of pocket, but it hasn't been unreasonable. This is the reason for 4 Stars. 5 Stars would mean I had no out of pocket cost. Overall, Carshield has gained my trust! Can't blame them for fighting back against dealership prices. We'll done Carshield!

I was in a car accident and the insurance totaled the car. I called CqrShield to stop payments. Then she told me I could put coverage on the older car I was using until I got another car.

When no one in your area will accept Carshield ( even though carshield says they will) and you do your due diligence and find a very reputable mechanic and a reasonable rate, they fight you toithand nail.to not reimburse you. I spoke to two very nice customer ladies that truly tried to help butbthe adjusters were arrogant and rude, did everything they could to deny the claim.
