I haven't had to use their service for a warranty service yet but they are there if I need the service hopefully it willl be proper fully for me.

Very professional Staff will recommend them to other vehicle owners.

My overall experience with Car Shield is usually great however at this time, I'm still waiting for a response regarding their investigation on my account. Someone filed fraudulent claims under my account. None of the representatives can tell me anything. I've asked for a printout of all claims under my account and nobody seems to know how to access this information.

A car shield representative to l d the car dealer that I was no longer in car shield. I knew they were still taking money out of my bank account.

When I called car shield and told him what was going on and told him I had to cut car towed to my mechanic then my mechanic told me the motor was no good it blew and car shield was the best because they put up five grand and that helped me out a lot I appreciate it car shield you are the best

There were no repair shops around me so I had to get my car towed to Newton which is a ways away. I had to pay the tow truck driver $337 to get it there that's with my $125 help from carshield. Once there they did a diagnostic and they said it was a pressure hose. And car show said we don't cover that. So not only am I out the entire amount that I am supposed to pay to the mechanic shop I am also out the 337 I paid to the tow company. I have been a customer for longer than a year I've been paying $141 for longer than a year without any claims. I feel taken advantage of I am so unhappy I feel like screaming.

The representative understood the reason for my call, verified my information, and transferred me to the appropriate department. The next representative was just as helpful; she listened to the reason for my call and processed my request. Both were great!

Was surprised that the plan payed for only a portion of the repairs and not the entire cost

My experience was not good. My car was not cover under the repair need. There's was 2 times need repair and on the 2nd time I were told that my brakes was cover but when time came I was told that wasn't cover by car shield.

Get CarShield if you have a car with no warranty it is definitely worth it they do take care of it for you and they have plenty of facilities to take their protection plan. Don't wait.

It was a very GOOD EXPERIENCE. I called to find out about what was covered on my policy. The person was very nice and knowledgeable. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so this was a rather refreshing surprise. Thank you so much.

The service was great. Carshield carefully listens to my questions and answers them professionally. They don't get off the call until you are well understood and satisfied with the service provided.

Only experience to date is payments.! Some refund should be in order if services aren't used with in the calendar year!

I have had my 2008 Lincoln Towncar covered by Car Shield for 2-3 years.
The AC failed during rush hour traffic in downtown Houston. I reached out the following morning and was confirmed on coverage and told to take it to mechanic of my choice. The repair shop worked with Car Shield and the next day I picked the car up with new major components in AC system. Invoice was over $1,300.00 My cost 100 bucks.
