Over all it was good though I really only used the service truly once for towing,, after an over all inspection of my car and some shop testing,,, it was determined that my car had a know manufactures defect and was repaired at not cost to me. So the only thing that was payed for was the towing to the dealership.
Since then, I was forced to cancel the service as economics got the best of me and other priority's came first.
I will keep Car Shield in mind should I need a warranty service contract in the future.

I have never experienced sure rudeness before in my adult life the with not Car Shield but the company that they are affiliated with. I changed to Endurance.
My engine blew up on a desolate highway. I filed a claim and was denied the claim because, "The hole in the piston was caused by excessive fuel "! Whatever that means? Plus they didn't pay for the towing. Unbelievable but now after reading negative comments about this poor excuse of a company it doesn't surprise me now.
Car shield took care of my bill promptly with out delay
Car shield made a mileage mistake on my contract. There customer service people just want to argue. Went to view contract but site is down. Have two vehicles with them.If this is not resolved i will cancel and go with there competitor.I will only talk to a supervisor my # 430/245/9500 thank you.
Could not ask for a better company I had a vehicle it was over 200,000 miles transmission went out no problem. Yes I had to pay a piece of it which was really $275. That was it. You can only imagine what it would've been for a 2014 Toyota Camry transmission to be replaced without Car Shield. Very thankful.
I had a breakdown on my car as I was going on vacation. My daughter, who was driving us to the airport, had a breakdown and had our car towed back to F&F Motors, who is one of the approved stations. She requested an estimate so she could discuss the repairs with us. However, F&F never gave her the estimate and so CarShield declined our claim. Very dissatisfied customer!
I had to wait two weeks for an appointment with the dealership. Not Car Shields fault. Was approved and repaired in one day. Would have been over $600 dollars but only $100.
