It turns out i need a headgasket replaced. My car was overheating, all the mechanic was going to do is replace the thermostate. And this minor thing to do and even this was refused.

I had a very good experience with this company. They covered the work done on my car.

Very satisfying very informative if I was unsure about anything I called and the customer service was very helpful.

I got a free lifetime driveline warranty with my new truck and didn't want to pay for a full extend warranty that covered my driveline a second time. I called every warranty company I know of and Car Shield was the ONLY one that would that give me an extended warranty that did not include the driveline. Thus reduced my cost by a lot. They were willing to give me what I needed, not what they think I needed. Thank you for your flexibility.

Calls and questions were answered immediately. Great experience in replacing parts on my jeep very happy that I only had a $140 bill instead of $850. $100 deductible and then tyres had allingnment which is not covered.

I really don't have an opinion about car shield at this time. I just recently enrolled in the program and have no experience other than making payments for protection.

If I knew I'd have to pay portion of my repairs I would have went with a provider that stands on their contracts, not shucks and jibes to keep from paying the bill.

From the beginning from the fist call' everything came together to the end

Representative took the time to review my account and assist with any questions.

I was duped into buying a policy and the guy told me that all the major components were covered and I didn't have to worry about anything. We are on a long trip to a new hospital for my daughters brain, tumor treatment, and the truck breaks down twice and twice I'm told by CarShield it's not covered leaving us stranded and now she's late. Getting chemo this month. I will never have anything to do with his company again.

I sold my vehicle and needed to cancel the extended warranty. I contacted Car Shield, spoke with a service representative, followed her instructions regarding an email that would be forthcoming, and she immediately refunded the portion of that month's payment that was due. She informed me if I had an additional refund coming that was over $500 it would come in a check. Within a few weeks, I received a generous refund since I had not made any claims. I would recommend this company, and I will certainly use them again.
