Car Shield has the best after market vehicle warranty, for the value of my vehicles, on the dollar. I wish Car Shield, was offered in all states.

Other extended warranty companies offer much more coverage of so many more parts. This one, I am always being denied coverage

My 2017 vehicle came with no warranty coverage of any kind nor could I purchase extended coverage through the dealership. I called Car Shield and they set me up with the best plan and it was affordable for me because I know how unexpected car repairs can be so costly. Well, a few months later I suddenly experienced issues while driving. Car Shield told me where to take it in my area and the mechanic fixed my vehicle in 1 day! It wasn't cheap either. Parts and labor was over $2,000 but Car Shield covered all of it except my $100 deductible! I am very pleased with Car Shield.

Totally disappointed how everything was handel. Not what I was expecting from car shield.

I dropped the car off at the dealership to be serviced and gave them the information for Car Shield. They did all the rest! I did not have to make any calls or answer any other questions. The repairs were completed and I paid my deductible. So easy!

The store closed couldn't purchase a battery booster.I lent my jumper cables to my neighbor and forgot to put another set back in the car. I area was lucky it broke down in town and at Walmart. Live in farm country could of been alot worst if happened at my house. Thanks to customer service found someone and was on the road home in 30 minutes. Thank You

Not happy with the svc. I thought you would at least pay for the diagnostic

It turns out i need a headgasket replaced. My car was overheating, all the mechanic was going to do is replace the thermostate. And this minor thing to do and even this was refused.

I had a very good experience with this company. They covered the work done on my car.

Very satisfying very informative if I was unsure about anything I called and the customer service was very helpful.
