I recently got my car done by carshield through my mini dealership. They decided to tell the mini dealer that the mini valve cover was too pricey so they used the one they found. It barely been a month and the cover is leaking again! I'm furious cause they wouldnt cover the convertible top either when it's defective and not a maintenance issue. Such a waste of money. I would of been better off putting it aside.
Taking my truck in to the dealer I got lots of run around about the liability for the problem that I was having with my truck. The dealership was telling me that they never got the approval from Car Shield to do the repairs. When I called Car Shield they said that they gave them approval right away. Well before you know it I was waiting for a week without my truck, for something that was supposed to be two days. I guess I don't go to that dealership again.
We do apologize you feel this way. We at CarShield have little to no control over the claims, shop process, or the administrators' decision. We are, however, always willing to explain the coverage details or help you with any of your Customer Service needs.

I was scammed & had to get a new card. By the time I would receive my new card, the billing date went by. They were very understanding & waited for my call with my new card #. No overdue payments. Thank you carshield!

Paid monthly premiums for almost 2 years.
Had a small claim to replace starter which is covered under my policy and they would not pay for the repair. So it cost me $627.00. They prey on seniors and others on fixed incomes.

Contract isn't worth the paper it's written on. Smug administrating partner company does everything under their roof to deny any claim. If you enjoy wasting time and money by all means sign up immediately.

I have been told by several that I needed to switch from carshield to endurance saying that carshield wouldn't pay for repairs. I have never had ANY trouble with carshield. My car was fixed and repaired within a couple of days. I'm with Carshield!
