The title might be a little deceiving as I have not had the occasion to use car shields protection. The value, considering what shield covers is great. A one time major part failure can, by local standards can cost you a fortune, especially around this season. Given the number of vehicles I own, a real value.

The bank card I use to make my Car Shield payments expired, and they sent me a new one. I was having trouble with the bank getting my new card working right, so my payment was late. I called your customer service, and they were pleasant, helpful and efficient, and advised me that it was okay to make my payment when my card issues were resolved. The whole thing only took two or three minutes! Thanks!

They do not do as they say. Car been in the shop 3 weeks and they still don't get me a rental or pay for the repairs. They give excuse after excuse to why they can't get me a rental or pay for repairs. The mechanic even said they have the same issues with them and wished his shop would not accept car shield as it gives them nothing but headaches. I have the platinum package at 150/a month and have not received any help whatsoever. No repairs to my car. No rental. It's been 3 weeks! Do not give your money away to the fraud company. They will help in time in need as they promise. Worst car repair experience of my life. Scam.

Unable to help me. Finally I was told to have the service manager to call Car care and get their costs, parts, labor ect. He talked to your company and gave me a discounted pric which was better.

During the process of changing my billing information due to fraud, apparently also setting up auto pay, I paid over the phone then also billed by auto pay. The issue was resolved, and the integrity of the representative and staff is impeccable.
