Car Shield was easy to use. Some service providers had a problem with Car Shield's call centers taking too long and submitting proof of bad parts. But honest and qualified technicians had very little problem with it.

Adams Automotive examined my vehicle and work on my AC had to be done. Car Shield covered the cost as written on my contract. Also, other problems were discovered as the mechanics looked at my vehicle. Again, Car Shield paid for work on my vehicle's engine. Car Shield has more than paid for what I pay for a years warranty on both my vehicles. I would recommend Car Shield for people driving vehicles that are older or have high mileage.

The staff worked well on their part of the repair without my needing to clarify the problem

We haven't had to use car shield yet but hopefully it will do what they advertise it will do.

I called to confirm credit card number for payment purposes. I spoke to a knowledgeable representative who confirmed the credit card number used.

I bought a used Honda Pilot. I had not had it or the warranty very long when the service engine light came on. I took it to the local Honda dealer to get it checked. I had to leave it there to be checked. I gave them my Car Sheila account number. The next day I got a call from the dealer letting me know what the problem was and to let me know that the problem that was found was not covered on my policy. I see 10 + commercials a day telling how great your company is.

Answered my questions promptly so that I felt that my. Business matters. I have been acustomer since 2018.

It was a card change. Nothing else was done. They did what I needed. And thank you.

My battery was dead. I called and immediately got an answer from them as to who was coming and a time they would arrive. They were prompt and courteous. I will recommend Car Shield to everyone.

Spesking with your professionals was very appealing, professional,and knowledgeable. I have'nt need your service as nothing has occured with my truck to warrant it. But if your actions are as good as your representatives then i am surte i will appreciate all you do for sericing my vehicle when needed
