Tom Wood Porsche did not except Car Shield you are considered as a third party and they told me I would need to try and get the money from you, in other words they want the money from the customer they don't want to deal with the 3rd party.

My credit card was used by someone so Citi said we will change it for a new one but never received it in my mail box so Citi had to send another. I left USA to help in another country and my niece helps me so she went ahead and sent a check for 2 months while I am away. Thanks
