For some reason Car Shield is having difficulty with their system. I have been unable to access my policy online. I wanted to do so to familiarize myself with the details. I have tried several times over a period of three weeks.

Had a bad injector and it was covered! Took it to a dealer because the injector couldn't be found anywhere in Houston.
