Called talked to agent about number to call he told us to email a copy of the bill and we will back still not heard anything

My overall experience with CarShield was amazing. However, they did try to get over on a car rental reimbursement situation. I called a total of 13 times before they finally sent a check for what I was owed. It wasn't even exact but it was close enough that I was able to considered it done. I followed instructions from Day 1 and quickly got my repair approved. I was pleasantly surprised and so was my repair facility who previously had bad experiences and told me they don't accept CarShield. I changed their perception by staying on top of everything from the beginning; making the process smooth. As long as you do your part your CarShield experience should go well.

No pressure to sign up. Never had to use the insurance and very easy to cancel policy.

We had a flat tire and needed to be towed to a service provider. Called customer service and within an hour the truck was here and off we went.

I was on my way to work I turn in to my job I rolled over something an it slice my tire open. I called carshield to have a tow truck come out to tow my car. When the tow truck driver arrived his service was outstanding customer service was very professional. The towing company name was Capo Exotic Towing.

I have received at least 4 request to rate and have completed at least two already. 5 stars But to keep asking to review ticks me off. Any further request will be given one star. Clean up your processes.

I called about a renewal and the representative gave me a straight and honest answer which I very much appreciated.

Needed to change the date for monthly draft payment. Handled quickly/efficiently.

Very courteous and helpful. Had an issue with debit card that she helped resolve.

I recently had to make a type of payment change all went without any issue.

Ever dealing I've had with Car Shield has been excellent. They are very detailed and knowledgeable on everything. It's ashame more companies don't have customer service departments as knowledgeable about their companies. Also they are very patient with you and respectful.

After purchasing car shield requested a hard copy of purchase and some locations of mechanics shops in area ******* and since the purchase I have received nothing,please don't make me think your company the wrong one sincerely, Wilbert R. Green *******@gm.com

Don't recommend because of how I was told how you handled claims from repairs.

My car was in need of service I provided Lexus of Tampa Bay with my carshield information The claims process was very easy going and quick my Overall Great Experience!

Customer service agent was kind. Kept screwing up my pronouns. Did get them.rigjt though finally. Very helpful and considerate.

I was told after having new rear brakes and rotors put on that I needed new calibers on the back also.
I told them to call car shield and get the cost. They came back and told me that they were wrong about the calipers. THank you/
