I had my GMC Sierra towed to the GMC dealer 8 days ago and filed a claim with Car Shield for transmission repairs &/or replacement. The claim still has not been adjudicated! Their claims service is very slow! I'm still waiting after 8 days! Very disappointing!

I am very pleased with Car Shields quick response on a claim my transition service shop submitted. Just 5 days from claim submitting to back on the road in 5 days. I had to pay a little over my deductible, however I am pleased it was repaired & paid so quick. 5 star service for sure.

I found out That Car Shield sell the contract to other vehicle insurers. My contract was sold but this company did honor the contract and repaired my truck saving me $1100

I worked with one of the Customer Service men at Marietta Nissan Autonation, and he handled everything with Car Shield. It went very smoothly from my end. You would have to contact Joseph in the Customer Support center for Auto Repairs to evaluate his experience with Car Shield. I really didn't have any contact with them except for getting my car towed to dealership. I was pleased with the service that was provided. If there is anything else, please let me know.

I heard an unusual noise from under the hood of my car as my wife was pulling into our driveway. This car is a Hybrid and I had never heard this noise before. It only made the sound when the gas engine was running
I made an appointment at my dealership and informed Car Shield that I had. It turned out that the transmission part that was unserviceable was the culprit. Car Shield was right on it. Between the dealership and Car Shield, the decision was made to replace the transmission and by doing so, I got a 2yr unlimited mileage warranty with the repair. I would highly recommend Car Shield to anyone, they really do take care of their clients. Of I could give 6 or 7 stars I would...
