I've delt with "paying bills department" and gave me a lot of grief by giving me half answers to a missing check of $119.99 from Mepco which you departed with them in September when I sent two checks through them. I finally spoke to Chris in customer service and explained that I should call Mepco to account for the missing check and I did. Chris gave me their number. Then I got back to CarShield to fix this problem. I'm still waiting to receive a credit return of my check for $119.99 which was cut on 11/18/23, I believe.

I was having issues with the motorized divers side mirror on my 2015 Kia. Before I contacted a repair shop I called Car Shield to make sure that the issue was covered. I was told by the representative I spoke with that the repair would be covered minus my deductible. I made an appointment with the repair shop. Three days later, I contacted the shop because I hadn't heard anything. They told me that they were waiting for approval of the repair from Car Shield. So I called Car Shield again, only to be told by another representative that it was NOT covered. I asked why I was told two different things and I was cut off very sharply by "is there anything else I can do for you today" and a quick hang up.
I don't know who trains your representatives, but there are a couple of things that need to be covered with them. The first is to know their business and not provide customers with false information. Secondly, a little more respect when dealing with the customers who in the end are responsible for their pay.

The Representative who started the claim was very informative and concerned.
He was very professional with obtaining all of the information to expedite the call so that my vehicle could be towed in a timely.

I am very satisfied with purchasing Car Shield. And have recommended it to friends and Family

It's alright I guess it's like any of the other companies actually Endurance offer more

Car shield is a shadey co. They took money electronically from my account monthly, when it came time to repair my car nothing is cover under they agreement, be ware,people don't get caught in a scams,like i did, im out $2000 dollars in garage repairs this company should be banned,not to worry we except any car even if its being restored; we bought it with two thousand miles, Be very, very careful, they tell you anything to convince people false advertising lies, lies!

I had an issue with my deductible amount that was originally quoted to me, so I called to get it adjusted. The representative was kind, understanding, and helpful. I love that.

I needed a tow to a local shop, and was very happy how easy it was to deal with customer support to accomplish this task

Answered all my questions in a professional manner.

Waited three and a half hours for my warranty co. To pay there share of my bill. That they told me after many many phone calls it's on it's way.

We have not used it yet for repairs but have received phone calls to be sure we are covered,

It's not much do say I had to change my bank acct. N I forgot to call to update my acct.
But the customer service was very kind n helped me change my payment acct.
