Long story short one of your rep put in mileage that I NEVER stated so when I called back with the correct mileage assuming everything was ok according to another agent only to get a call saying my contract was voided … how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!

My car has been in the shop 4 times now for a blown engine and every time it is in the shop it is there for at least 1 month. Instead of replacing the engine with a new one the consistently put used ones in, which leads to the same problem of it blowing up. They say they cover a rental which they do but only for the amount of time it takes for the repair. So in other words when my car is in the shop for a month they will only cover a rental for at most 7 days leaving me without a vehicle for 3+ weeks at times.
We apologize if you feel this way. We do go over what is covered with you on the initial phone call and also send you the policy. It is unfortunate and we’re sorry we couldn't help. We can only cover the parts listed on your policy. Hopefully, we can help with your next repair.

I wanted my battery to be covered. They would not cover my hybrid battery.
I had a question regarding certain terms of the policy. My question was answered very clearly and professionally. The agent was knowledgeable, helpful and the waiting time was very short
I called to see what was needed if we needed CarShield, the rep on the phone was very helpful and gave us information we would need if a claim had to be made, since our car was not running right, it turned out to be very minor and did not need to use Car Shield.
My experience with Car Shield has been nothing less than amazing. I have used them twice and both times they have made my experience hassle free. I would always worry about how I would pay for big maintenance expenses but not anymore with Cas Shield.

We have had some bad, very bad experience with another comparable company so we were very careful in making the decision to go with Car Shield. Now what's the most valued positive experience begins! Declined coverage for wind shield wipers failed. Not the motor (would have been covered. Failure appears to be some electric component

When my warranty ran out on my Audi I got car shield. Thank God I did, 6 months later my engine had a mechanical breakdown where my engine needed to be replaced. Care shield came through and replaced my engine all was covered. I was so lucky I made the smart choice and went with Car Shield! They saved my car & saved the day.
