Only cover 2/3 of the repair bill leaving me $1100 to pay out of pocket, worthless coverage

Way too long for approval and not fair with daily retail rate reimbursed

I needed to cancel my contract with Car Shield
It was a matter of my future driving time. I doubt I will be driving more than another year and I did not see any advantage of having a plan at this point.

My car was in the shop for 4 days, they said they couldn't find the problem, check engine light still on said they cleared it

Good experience with recent services needed. No time lapse in approval for what they would cover.

I agreed to purchase the auto protection with this company. The person named Dominic walked me thru the process. I gave him my Credit card info to place it in force. He explained that if I wanted to cancel within 60 days of the the date approved, I would receive a full 100% of the initial premium. I called back the very next day and cancelled the program. Looking at my Credit card activity, the funds that was agreed to was already posted. The following day, my credit card had another monthly sum equal to the original agreed upon taken from my card. I called them and was told that it would be taken care of. After the weekend on the following Monday, another withdrawal took place. I called Car Shield and spoke with a guy who tried to convince me that the -$119.39 was the return of my funds. I had to explain that a - sign means subtraction! However, a + means an addition. My credit card company is now contacting me and told me that there was only one time that I authorized a withdrawal! All other request, were not authorized. The credit card company notified them of these request's that were not authorized by me.

I haven't had any experience with the plan yet. We will see when we get into the issue.

The process took to long, they had my car for eight days before making a decision, never once did they offer me the use of a rental car. They always seemed to be giving me the runaround.your company needs to learn to put the consumer first.

I sold the vehicle that had Car Shield, and transferred the policy to a different auto.

Agent shows patience. With customers and explained everything quite easy for me.

Right headlight electrical parts were damaged, but the light was not covered. Was not happy with that.

I paid 74$ and change was wondering if thats my regular payment going forward.

My van was fixed when it broke down. My engine had a knocking sound and Car Shield fixed it.

Long story short one of your rep put in mileage that I NEVER stated so when I called back with the correct mileage assuming everything was ok according to another agent only to get a call saying my contract was voided … how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!

There had been a change in your company, and your employee explained it very well. Satisfied.

Car Shield addressed my problem quickly and took care of it.
