All I did was call and the representatve provided a claim number for the dealer to call. I only had to pay the $100 deductible and the cost of parts needed. Car Shield literally saved me $1200. I am so grateful I followed a co-worker advice and got this coverage.

Car Shield so far has proven to do exactly what they say they will do. I recently had a sensor go out on my vehicle and due to work, was only able to have my car serviced on a Saturday. I was pleased to speak to a live person and get all of my questions answered on that Saturday. Not only that but the sensor was covered, and after my deductible was met, Car Shield covered the rest. My dealership was paid by Car Shield quickly and I was out the door and had time in the day to spare. Easy! And with real people to speak with through the whole process. That's my kind of warranty!

They were very quick in reimbursing me for my tow. I have not had to use them for any other reason, but from what I've heard they are very reputable company. Should I need to use a company like that again I would definitely use CarShield.
I encountered a dead battery. Called Car Shield and it was like "Johnny on the Spot". Service was there immediately. No problem. I can travel the highway and feel GOOD knowing that I am protected. It's true Car Shield cars can travel anywhere knowing that they are protected ANYWHERE!
