It took almost a month for my car to be repaired, because the service department was waiting on Car Shield to send a part.

I canceled my carshield before the due and they did not cancel it amd they took money our of my account and would not refund my money. I cancel cause I sold the truck a week before my next month payment was due.
I called 4 days before it came out of my account watch them. The will rip u off. Ox car care or endurance are better cheaper

I wanted to drop the service and get another through the dealership and the representative told me the benefits of keeping my service with them, she was very informative and I understood everything she was telling me is what I would get from the company compared to the dealership.

Car Shield/American Auto Shield has had my claim since November 7,2023. I am still waiting on approval so I could get a rental to get back and forth to work. I made a reservation for a rental myself because the people who have been giving me rides to work will not be able to starting Thursday thru next week. I'm so disappointed in this company! I work at a company who employs 17.000 individuals, and word of mouth spreads like wildfire because people are asking me about my car because I am a senior citizen plus a minister of the Lord Jesus! I have laid it at God's Throne of Grace!
