Overall Car shield hs don above average job in getting our car fixed, except there are "Too many delays in processing some claims! Sometimes they didn't pay the bills as CS would not take any parts the I or the repair shop tried to use! Ridiculous!

They don't pay legitimate claims. When I tried to call, I had to listen to sales pitches, go through voice mail; But, never someone who could help. And wait until you try to get off direct pay.

This was the worst experience ever with a warranty company in my life. The things they said they'd cover. Came with stipulations, and technical details they don't put in the fine print. It's a money grab company, and I do not recommend their services to anyone ever!

Very simply stated, they do not cover what is broken on your car as their commercials state! Total fraud, I would not recomend them for car coverage

Your contract reads Cooling system, but then in the fine print you eleminate just about everything to do with the cooling system, I. E. radiator fan water pump thermostat.
