Approval given for repairs and then won't pay for the repairs. Won't pay for the rent car after approval. Weeks of a run-a-round, then told the check was on the way, GUESS WHAT no check and the stall starts all over again
Factory warranty expired on my 2017 Camaro so I purchased carshield gold package. Towards the end of summer it developed a shutter that could be felt when driving up hills. Took to Chevrolet dealer & they diagnosed the problem as a torque converter issue. The dealership communicated conveyed this information to carshield and claim was approved within days. Car shield followed though with everything the state & advertise on commercials. I would recommend their auto coverage to any & everyone I know. 5 stars. Prompt helpful agents are always available with easy access to answer all question.
I've been with Car shield for a while. Never had to have my car fixed as of yet. But just the way they have helped me in my process I'm very happy. So I know with any service I may need I won't have an issue. And they have my 2 most favorite actors representing them so how could I go wrong. Love you guys at Car Shield.
I Acknowledge That I Didn't Follow The Terms Of My Car Shield Contract, But I Fully Explained The Extenuating Circumstances Behind Why I Didn't Start My Claim Until 1 Hour After The Break Work On My Car Began. As A Long Time Car Shield Diamond Customer, Would It Have Hurt, If I Was At Least Reimbursed For The Caliper Work Done On My 2017 Ford Fusion?
I first called customer service for a claim. She walked me through the process. Then I received a text with the service center info that would be coming to help me. Both times I used C.S. The service center showed up in a timely manner. I was at ease when my 2nd issue happened because the 1st time went so well with customer service. I had no exact location to give her when I broke down but she figured it out with the description I did give her. I was impressed.

When we signed up with Car Shield the representative made it sound as if everything is easy and paid for. Upon trying to use it for the first time we find that we cannot take our car to the Toyota dealership where we purchased the car and that most places we use such as NTW for tires stopped their contract with them also. The person at Car Shield said just start calling and find a place that will take it.?
We are always happy to explain your coverage details and assist in any customer service needs, however. We, at CarShield, have little to no control over the decision of your claims. That is up to the administrator of the account.
My car completely stopped and would not start. I had to have it towed to a dealership. They did over $1500.00 in repairs and your company did not pay one penny.

I have the Platinum plan which states it covers transmission. Dealer told me my transmission has to be replaced. After contacting Car Shield their adjuster declined the claim. Was told the reason was because of the clutch. Could have understood this if I had a manual transmission, but my transmission is automatic and one of the enclosed ones. I do not agree with their decision.
