Car Shield paid my local shop over $3000 to repair the broken parts on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My 6 year old car was in perfect condition with only ******* miles on it. A head gasket failed for no apparent reason. I started my extended warranty with Car Shield only 10 months ago. That was a smart move.

My car was at the gas station and wouldn't start I called Car shield. They sent roadside assistance and towed my car home. Cashied told me and suggested some places that take csrshield.

On my first call with CS I was calling to find a place that might take my coverage, and they gave me that information. All is good. Then they told me I had to call them(CS/AC?) to get a "pre authorization for a diagnostic for my vehicle which I would have to pay in advance, BUT would get back at the end! One the net call FOUND OUT, THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Did not need approval for diagnostic and DO NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK FOR THE COST OF DIAGNOSTIC,

Disappointed and frustrated to hear you don't cover all the cost for parts or labor or whatever the problem, we pay a premium and deductibles to find out we're not covered on everything

I was reduced to $69.00 a month for platinum plan with 0 deductible. Hope this is what I have. I need new cards and paperwork.

I was interested in an extended warranty and got all the right information from the rep. The price was right so I joined. Then, within 2 weeks, I made a different decision and immediately got my payment returned with no problem. I don't know about the service as I never had the chance to use it.

My experience with car shield was very very very bad. I will never recommend anyone to car shield.
Our coverage plans vary depending on the age and mileage of the vehicle. Therefore, our sales agents place you into the highest level of coverage your vehicle qualifies for at the best rates.
My preferred credit card had been hacked and expected payment to car shield denied. Car Shield was persistent in notifying me so that I could rectify the situation.
