Great service but the only thing is that CarShield has a lower percentage rate on how much they pay out for their estimated service fees compared with the dealership. I had to pay quite a bit more to cover the difference.

I've never made a claim for services, the one time I needed help, Car Shield refused. They said it was a manufacture's problem. Kia won't make the repair until the engine fails entirely. I'm stuck paying for something that is covered by Car Shield but won't repair. I cannot recommend.

The person that took my call was very professional and nice but I was not able to get what I needed for my car. What I mean is that the issue with my car was not covered under my plan. That's not her fault.

Went for an oil change found out my axles were leaking. I forgot I had car shield approved replacement parts then realized I had car shield, and the dealer in car shield did a great job and getting it fixed with minimal cash out of pocket
