Hear lots of complaints/just make sure b4 u sign up for car shield you have all records of maintenance & u don't have a existing problem that adjuster are very knowledgeable at what they do my parts they order weren't no used parts OME same as dealership parts my part arrived in 3 days after I made claim 2k dollars they approved me for another 4.500$ in work may be lil more if I'm off but I only pay outta pocket 1800$ for hoses and things that aren't covered it's no scam at all I have a 2014 s 550 they sent me text constantly up dating u on what's going on took 3/4 days to get approved all msg were via text

I have had several things replaced by Carshield. My AC compressor went out and it was covered. My fuel pump messed up, covered! These plans are absolutely worth every penny!
Calming, anxiety was non-existent. Car shield rep was patient, very knowledgeable and offered suggestions.

I had trouble with my car and car shield themselves referred me to one of the mechanics that are on their list. The mechanic told car shield something was wrong with the car, car shield went out to drive the car and said nothing was wrong with it: Now I am driving an unsafe car not to mention it took them 8 days to come and look at it. I have been paying for 2 years I should have been helped with my car! I was left to go on public transportation.
