Some of the names given by Car Sheild no longer accept them for payment. Once I found a garage that I could trust, that accepted Car Shield, then it was very simple to get the work done and paid for.
I know for sure that other garage is not going to work in our favor at all as contract holders with CarShield so with that said I'm going go cancel my contract the only way it's going to work for y'all is that y'all is to have your own Garage for contract holder only.

When I made a claim the adjuster did not agree with the mechanics at the garage and would only OK a couple hundred dollars on a $4000 project. Why am I paying for a top notch plan that doesn't cover my needs.
My son's mechanic easily communicated with Car Shield regarding his Nissan Car repairs & had everything completed without much issue.
A Day after I paid-in-full the Balance of the Plan, I find out MY Service Dealer won't honor the CarShield Plan, due to slow/No payments for their efforts. Needless to say, I am In-Process of Cancelling the CarShield Plan (At a $75.00 Fee.)
Contacted & contracted within hours of initial call. Expecting Long Life from (leased then purchased) vehicle since it's low mileage on a leased ride that the spouse really likes.

Take for ever to approve the claim. Give hard time to the mechanic. I took it to the same mechanic and they asked her for too many proofs. It's a headache. I don't recommend anyone.

Was informed when purchasing everything that was covered shop was having an issue with my key inform the representative and said the key was not covered the representative when signing up stated my key was covered also in diamond package States it is covered
They come through for me so far. I've used them several times for my 2014 Lexus.The service render was very satisfying from them.
Took my truck in to have both batteries replaced. The mechanic told me that I also needed a new starter motor. I told him that I had Car Shied. He took care of everything from there. I knew the batteries were not covered, but Car Shield covered the starter motor at no cost to me.
I have not had to use Car Shield yet so I can not say anything good or bad about the service.
