Good, fast, response to us on the phone and with the mechanic

Great I am satisified so far I have not had to use it as yet I will let you know then The person I spoke with did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of the policy

I haven't required any major repairs requiring insurance coverage. But so far the staff Has helped me feel assured that in the case that I do need them, they will be there.

No problems yet to report, but I feel protected for any major issues with my car.

Gave our Ford dealer our warranty information (Printed first page) and in a couple of hours notified that the repair was approved, received vehicle a couple hours after the phone call. Also received a text from Car Shield saying the repair was approved. Car Shield paid all minus the deductible. This was for replacement of emissions purge valve.

I made two claims on my buick and was refused claims both times. When I followed up with representatives I got nothing but confusion on why? I felt my repairs were basic? Your policy is full of cover ups. Your advertisements are full of misrepresentation. Lots of hidden misrepresentations. Totally disappointed and out several thousands of dollare.

I appreciated Car Shield, did not give the dealership any problem with paying my car repair bill.

Customer service listened carefully to my request intentionally and promptly took action.
