Agent was very helpful on explaining all types of coverage services they provide for my vehicle. The walk me the setup process and I didn't feel pressure to purchase.

I say that because I have not needed to use the service yet so I consider myself lucky!

I called to speak with someone about getting a Carshield booklet for my vehicle, which I have since received. This experience went very well as I have submitted. About 3 days later I was called by a rep to discuss home warranty coverage. After I listened to the rep I clearly stated that I currently have coverage and was not interested. The rep continued to try to sell me on your product after I stated three times that I was not interested. I ended the call by hanging up.

I've already did this review once but I'll do it again. When I called they were very concerned about my situation and willingness to help me with my problem.

Car shield is very good if you break down. They have saved us a lot out of the pocket cost. And not that expensive
