No issues. Carshield was ready to handle all transactions. From fixing the car to contacting the rental car company.

The CSR was very helpful and insightful. She helped me understand the procedures and how they would affect me.

I have twice asked for a copy of the policy as mine is lost...recycle bin? Anyway, no policy to read as of yet.

Representatives don't seem to have appropriate knowledge of cars.

We used our CarShield when our auto air-conditioning went out. Some places do not accept Car Shield so it is their loss. We found a shop that accepts Car Shield and they fixed/replaced our air-conditioning and that was about 1.5 years ago. The quotes I got from the dealership were $1200.00 more than we/Car Shield paid. So glad to have had such a great company having our back. Thank you Car Shield!

Transmission was rebuilt and all I paid was the deductible

I called CS and the woman told me to get my car repaired and call the 800# that she gave me. I had my car windows repaired, paid the mechanic, and called the 800#, and was told that they had NOTHING giving me permission to get the work done. The work needed to be done regardless of who paid, your company or me, but I lost money by paying the monthly payments.

I called for assistance for a wrecker or help with a tire going flat.
The lady that answered didn't tell me anything but that a wrecker would be $125.
She said I wasn't covered. Yet all commercials say help with tire problems

Haven't used it yet on the car to have it repaired

My vehicle needed a new transmission. Car sheild's parts vendor sent the incorrect transmission. Transmission was installed, car would run fine for 2 days then completely go bonkers. Eventually to find out that the incorrect trans would not sync with the trans module. My car has been in the shop for over 2 months. Car sheild said I ran out of rental benefits. You would think they would allow further benefits since it was they who sent the wrong part, but no. It's been a real struggle for me, but obviously that doesn't matter.

My car needed a transmission for the second time and you guys covered it right away my car has 330.000 miles on it and looks and runs brand new so thank you

Agent was very helpful on explaining all types of coverage services they provide for my vehicle. The walk me the setup process and I didn't feel pressure to purchase.

I say that because I have not needed to use the service yet so I consider myself lucky!
