My 2015 ML350 Mercedes-Benz had engine issues. Carshield worked directly with the service department at the dealership to resolve the problem. I have high praise for the repairs of above $5,000, which were covered.
First time with car Shield and I'm totally disappointed with no coverage in repair for my vehicle when I was told from the beginning that it would be.

Overall I was pleased with the speed of response and authorization. I was disappointed that CarShield would not acknowledge the All Data standard, which almost all repair shops use, to determine time to repair. This resulted in a 2.5 hour labor charge I had to pay in addition to my deductible.

I was very pleased to experience their efficiency in handling my case. I made one call to them, took my car to my trusted dealer repair shop,(they had no input as to where I should go), rented me a suitable replacement vehicle of my choosing, until my repairs were done. I had Carshield over a year they are quick to say they will help when your car break down but they don't stand behind their word. They Have Vivca Fox and Ice T promoting Carshield they are full of $#*!!. My daughter needed a motor but they were quick to say it wasn't covered so why in the Hell had I been paying this coverage that they wouldn't cover. I would advise everybody to stay away from this company because they want pay for the big problems barley pay for the small ones. They are always looking for a way out not to pay. I believe I'm going to turn them over the better business bureau. Don't do it don't go with Carshield they want pay. After they didn't pay I dropped their $#*! like a bad habit.

Took longer than thought facility put in wrong part first time had to find right part
I canceled my credit card for automatic payment, due to fraud. I'm was inundated with calls about my payment. After I returned their call, gave them a new credit card, I still got calls!
Haven't had a ordeal yet didn't need to go to the shop yet other than that great policy
My car broke down 9/8/23. Car had to be towed was on telephone with CarShield over an hour still couldn't get us a tow truck. We had to get our own tow! So why am I paying CarShield all this money for not a damn thing
