I took my 2004 jeep wrangler to my mechanic, because the check engine light was on, i was told that i needed an oxygen sensor for my jeep. And even though my mechanic called car sheild to see if i was covered and car shield said yes, so i went ahead and paid my mechanic in cash and was told thhat car shield would reinburse me for the cost of the oxygen senosor, but car shield told me that i would have to send the bill to another place and then wait for my money. Why is it that i would have to go through all this just to get my money, when the part was covered and already paid for

All the thing had to do before I can at my car fix.{not good}

My 2015 ML350 Mercedes-Benz had engine issues. Carshield worked directly with the service department at the dealership to resolve the problem. I have high praise for the repairs of above $5,000, which were covered.

First time with car Shield and I'm totally disappointed with no coverage in repair for my vehicle when I was told from the beginning that it would be.

Overall I was pleased with the speed of response and authorization. I was disappointed that CarShield would not acknowledge the All Data standard, which almost all repair shops use, to determine time to repair. This resulted in a 2.5 hour labor charge I had to pay in addition to my deductible.
