I have been trying to get a reimbursement for 1,750. I'm being told because there is no labor on the invoice I guess I'm not gonna to be reimbursed. I don't understand the job is a replacement for a problem with the old screen. The price is 1,750 total this job the labor is built in to the price. Tesla sent a message saying this is how this particular job goes and they can't manipulate the invoice to put it there the labor. So if I don't hear anything from carshield by Monday because like I told the person on the phone on Friday no one is going to call me back. And they didn't.

I had car shield for several months but didn't use the service because my car runs great. I stopped the service because I'm going to Florida for the winter and the car will be stored in my locked garage.
I was told multiple times to scan my tow receipt for reimbursement and I did just that and I have yet to receive my reimbursement. I have been waiting a week to about two weeks and I haven't received any emails explaining why I haven't received it or if I even will.

I've had these kind of coverages before and I learned my lesson. Take care of your vehicle like it's your baby and it will serve you well. Abuse it, then you pay for it.
Was given a written quote for$129. When signed up it went up till $211.00 and I was not given the discount for being a veteran. Was lied the whole time. Will telll everyone about them.
I've used CarShield several times and it has saved me a lot of money. The only issue I had is that they like to send parts to the shop instead of using local suppliers. This could add a day or two to the work. They are looking at the bottom line so I can't argue with saving money but put your patience hat to wait it out if this happens.
