A Car Shield representative contacted me to let me know that my January payment had not been received. My Car Shield payments are automatic and my bank records showed it had in fact been paid. Almost immediately, the representative saw that my payment had been received and apologized for the accounting error.

Kind, considerate, and we'll trained staff. I won't mind calling back when I have a problem.

Told to get refurbished items on my car that would not be insured by dealer, nor would they pay labor costs. I was warned about car shield.

First off I could not get a rental car when I dropped of my car. The dealer said I have to go through Car Shield, when Car Shield called me they said talk to the dealer. I plaid games with them till I finally got a rental 5 days later. Car Shield said he ordered the parts I needed for my car on Tues. Said the dealer would have them on Thurs., parts did not show up until Mon. I didn't get my car back till Fri. Almost 2 weeks. It is a good thing I am retired and didn't need a car right away, there should be a way to get a rental within a day.

Answered my questions about the change of address. But never sent the confirmation number as promised

From my first call to Receptionist at Carshield (very Courteous) the tow truck driver. And my Truck dealership. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended Carshield to anyone. 💯 % Happy

I had transmission problems Carsheild did just as advertised. Repaired the transmission and the only charge was the deductible of $100. Also a loaner was provided at no additional charge

I had a flat tire I called car shield they sent someone out and they fixed the problem and I was on my way home safe and sound thanks Car shield

Slow response concerning car fixtures.slow reply to invoices sent via email. Waiting for invoices approval via email. Over five days waiting for reply from car shield representatives.

Seems like a good value for the money the staff is very helpful

My experience was okay. I called to request a copy of my insurance and I still haven't received it when will I be getting it it's been over 3 weeks.

Went to get in my car after getting groceries and driver's side door wouldn't open. All other doors worked fine. Had to climb in via passenger front door. All windows worked fine.

Was able to understand the agent who explained how car shield you make a great coverage for my car having no stress in repairs

The customer service rep was very helpful and solved my problem immediately. I was given a credit for being overcharged.
