Haven't had to use in the 3 years we have had car shield. I have had verbal communication to make all is okay and to be assured there would be no problem if and when a claim is requested. I'm assured there would be no problem.

I waited 2 days to get approval for a repair. I do not understand why it took so long. If so much information was required for approval, why wasn't it requested when I signed up?

I contacted support to confirm what my plan covered prior to approving the work being performed on my vehicle. Agent was very professional and detailed.
I had to call Britton's wrecker service in Mounds IL to tow my car, because the one car shield was charging too much out of pocket money for me. I didn't get the $125, they was suppose to pay. It cost me $250 which I paid.
I contacted customer service due to a change of address and state, they were able to help me with updating my information and give payment information I was requesting on my second vehicle.
Hope it's a good service. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but they send me a request to review once a week.

A Car Shield representative contacted me to let me know that my January payment had not been received. My Car Shield payments are automatic and my bank records showed it had in fact been paid. Almost immediately, the representative saw that my payment had been received and apologized for the accounting error.
