I've spoke with Customer service a couple of times just to get acquitted with my CarShield Contract. And they are very nice and helpful.

I was unable to open up my downloaded contract. I had a few questions to ask and she answered them perfectly.

Was inquiring about my truck, since we already have our family vehicle insured with car shield.

I was only a member for a few months. I never had to use them for any repairs. I sold the car so I had to cancel my policy as I am moving out of the US. I certainly would not hesitate to get a new policy if and when I come back to the US.

Customer service great people they explained 👍 everything also the people at car shield kept me updated on everything (wish all insurance companies were like this one.

Your customer service was very easy to deal with and things were taken care of immediately.

When I needed help they were there for me and my saturation

Your representative made very easy in order for me to transfer my pokucy from my old vehicle to my new one

The item was the fact that you have to wait 25 days & 500 miles or 40 days & 250 miles as a Senior of 81 years old I don't think I drive that many miles anymore in that time frame meaning for a couple of months I have to pay for 2 companies instead of the one I got away from I don't have that much income

It took sometime to get someone to approve the claim but outside of that it was good

They explained it well and all the commercials I saw and the letter I received in the mail sounded really good I'm glad I was able to join even though I have a deductible to pay first before I can use it but maybe it will still be a long time before I even have to use it

My first experience with Car Shield was FANTASTIC!
The Car Shield administrator took over after my first call and stayed on my
Fuel pump problem until it was fixed. I had to be towed, Car Shield was on it!
While fixing my fuel pump issue, a rear differential leak was also discovered.
Car Shield was on it and had it repaired also! I am recommending to all of my family!
They saved me $1000. If you don't have Car Shield, GET IT QUICK!

I called to ask a billing question. My question was answered quickly and effectively. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, and was able to give me a concise response.

Worse scam artists ever. Horrible customer service. Will be getting sued shortly

The quote for repairs was given but the cost was more out of pocket that I wanted to pay and I ended up getting a new car

Well my car engine light came on and I immediately drove to Auto Zone to get a dinostic report done, they informed me that my oil filter was falling out and my censor was stuck in the off opposition. I immediately called my service dealer and got my car put into the shop. AutoZone dinostics was right on the nose. Well as I was told it's only the filter & sensor that is bad don't let them tell you there was more to be done. Well sure enough that's what happend saying thousand dollars of work need to be done. They called shield to see if work would be covered to replace a housing & oil pump, car shield did honor the housing but said no to pump replacement. Yes I was upset at first, but then took it to another mechanic and was told my pump was just fine. So long story short thank you Car Shield for not covering the part and saving our company monies that weren't needed to be spent. Your Savings are our savings too!
