Well so far this company is good, I just I hope that when I need something done this company will do the repair on my car,because I'm on a small income and I'm 70 yrs old,and do take care of my 2013 Hyd. I change my oil and make sure everything is done so far my car is in good shape with 84,000 miles on it...
About one year ago I took my car to the Nissan dealer in Opelousas Louisiana with a pro with my A/C the dealer diagnosed it and said that I had a problem with the system because it works intermittent. It was a blender problem. About a week later a representative from Car Shield said there was no problem. Therefore now at time I have either no heat or Air depending on my car. Worse than that my Nissan dealers informed me that they will not do business with car shield anymore. I'm considering dropping my membership as well

Actually never had to use CarShield but my encounters with the agents was very courteous.
Only reason I departed was they could not beat comparative coverage with Ford.
Fortunately, I've not had not used. When I initiated the contract the representative was courteous, polite and professional. For me that is the important element in making any purpose/decision.

I have had to use Carshield 3 times and each time it was perfectly smooth and easy taking care of
I had a hard time finding a shop that would accept my repair job using my car shield policy everyone said it was hard and took too long to get their money but once I found one all went well and I only had to pay the deductible

What ever you have in your contract. They will stand by it. And that what they did for me.
No help in car rental department telling me there is no enterprise rental here there is one I don't want to pay out of pocket for the rental

Great! First claim went very well. My warranties have always been with the dealerships. I was very hesitant to pay for 3rd party service.
I have had 3 interactions with the Service Representative's at Car Shield. Each time was easy and speedy. Reps very pleasant and efficient with the task at hand.
I've spoke with Customer service a couple of times just to get acquitted with my CarShield Contract. And they are very nice and helpful.
