Had door locks ( power) that were not working and had to be manually done.

Claim took three weeks to approve, and they said I have to pay the taxes. Contract does NOT state that anywhere that the customer is required to pay the taxes.

I got out on the highway after picking the vehicle up, and there was another issue discovered so I returned to the shop. Tech tells me what the problem is, so calls CS back. They open a NEW claim instead of appending old, and now I have to pay yet another deductible and taxes.

Several phone calls to office to get things going.

Tow truck showed up on time. They were well equipped to take care of my vehicle and tow it safely to the shop.

When I first signed up for CarShield, I was told by the sales person that if repairs were needed they would be covered. I asked what the average person was covered for and what my concerns were. He said other customers were covered 100% for their repairs. When I needed head gaskets repaired I was told they would only cover 30% of the repair. Had I known that car shield was a scam and would not cover the cost of the repairs as advertised and explained by the sales people I never would have signed up.

I had questions about coverage of a particular very expensive part a catalytic converter.i paid $2479.00 for right side block.

My Car Broke Down in December Called Car Shield And They Towed It To My Mechanic. Positive Experience To Start. Found Out Car Has Blown Engine. After Many Conversations With Car Shield Reps.Still Moving Forward With A Solution On What Warrenty Will Cover. Another Of Calls Regarding Maintenance Records,Even If You Choose To Do Your Own Maintenance Oil Changes They Want Record's And Receipts From Sources Such As Wal-Mart And Other Box Stores. Not Many Keep Simple Receipts. Lesson Learned, For The Future.

One of the best things I ever did right was becoming apart of the Car Shield family. I have been with them now going on 3 years and I have only had 1 claim, knock on wood. They were so honest professional and friendly with me as well as taking care of my car problem. I recommend Car Shield to Everyone you want be sorry.😊😊

Changing due to diff car with warrenty. Plus was not happy with coverage on response to earler coverage.

I was satisfied with Car Shield responses to the repairs that were needed on my vehicle except the Running board hinges, motors and hardware left and right. I am a handicapped Vietnam combat veteran and I use the running boards to get out of my vehicle which is why I thought they would be covered because its electrical. I would like to speak with Car Shield about that problem. Other than that I was satisfied.
