Nothing negative to report. I sold my car and no longer need coverage. Called customer service and they were able to help without making me jump through hoops. Took 5 minutes and they were courteous.

The representative was friendly, understanding and patient. She answered all my questions!

Simply put, seemed like every avenue their favorite phrase was, oh we don't cover that" or " we only cover an hour, you're responsible for the rest."

First of all, I had to find a dealer that would take CarShield. Every shop I spoke to said, " we don't taken them because they never pay and they are horrible to work with."

I mean, they wouldn't even cover a connector. Now I'm stuck with a $900 bill because they evaded responsibility at every turn.

I'm sure you won't post this anywhere because it's negative but I'm going to do my dead level best to deter people from using you.

After being a customer for years, when I had a serious problem you refused to carry out your deal.

It was fine. They were friendly and new what was I asked or needed.

Everything went great, I would recommend you to others who needed a warranty plan

They paid for a new motor all the labor everything was covered and they gave me a rental car super easy great work with a guarantee I love car shield

Carshield has been good. They have paid for a transmission and engine in my vehicle. I have had them for three years now. With CarShield I do not need to trade vehicles. I can keep driving this one as long as I want.

I was having problems paying CarShield due to my debt card being cancelled twice for fraud. Received email regarding payment and the customer service rep was very helpful and courteous helping me resolve problem

The agent was respectful and concerned that all my questions were answered. The product is good and the coverage is very good. For the price.

Everything went smoothly once I got in touch with car shield. But actually it was the mechanic facility that was able to connect with them and then car shield contacted me. The connection part isn't really explained well, but everything went through great after the connection was made.

They moved my payment date as far as they could back.
