Response to getting car towed to shop was quick. Customer service seemed sympathetic to my break down.

The service was impeccable, timely and fair. They kept me informed on all issues and resolved my concerns positively.

They tell you that they will pay for you to get your car fixed but they denied me when it broke down they said it had a pre-existing condition that isn't true I only had the car for a year. Very misleading

The agent was helpful the second time to update the expiration date on my credit card.

Car Shield did what they promised to do. That is not always the case with some warranty companies.

After 3 years canceled because platinum coverage did not cover serpentine belt, didn't cover value gaskets and seals Subaru Outback 2015 because they weren't damaged by internal failures.

Have tried to use services 3 times and 3 times warranty repairs refused.

Messages that I received during the time I dealt with Car Shield I don't think their payments made it to Barclay's I called a couple of time to them and two other car dealers. They claimed they had not missed a payment. But I had a FINAL NOTICE two times when I personally paid the money for the payment. There were several salesman around but none seemed too enthusiastic to sell the car but I never talked to any but one and got a bigger storm..

The company personals made sure as a customer getting the business discusss well taken care of for my car under warranty fixed by certified repair shop and back on road for driving

The Job was over 1100$ and I had to pay over 700$ because the repair shop couldn't use their suppliers parts. How do you expect them to warranty a job when they can't use parts they know works well.

It was ok, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a receipt for my cash but was given one for using my card.
