They sent me a card and some information about Car Shield.

I went in for a oil change and they found some thing leaking in the front end.The part had to be replaced.Car shield took care of it.

I've heard a lot about Carshield. From what I've experienced so far, friendly and knowledgeable reps.

Had to pay out money for the car rental when I was told that car rental would be covered. This was not a good issue. Received a notice from the vehicle center stating that the catalytic converter was not covered. This was a $9000 issue to the owner of the car, I didn't think that it was a good thing due to the fact that Car Shield said that they cover issues to the car total car with the Cadillac converter should've been covered.

Don't cover a lot of what you say.such as things for cooling systems.Rental car, car can't run without water.

My transmission happened on my Morano and it took about a week and a 1/2 for them to replace it. Or should I say repair it so far so good?

My car had to be fixed so I went to my local dealership to pay for a gasket that blew.
So I told them I had Carshield The service tech called to get them to pay for all I needed to be done for my car. Well American Shield that's with this company, called me and told me They don't pay for all the labor and diagnostic that they are asking, for so I would have to pay for the rest I was out of $690.00.
I admit they paid and approved $611.00. I was only supposed to pay $100.00 of the deductible and get my car back. That's 2 payments on a car altogether. Mario at my dealership gave me a discount
Thanks To Mario I got my car Fixed. Never again will I mess with this kind of Cheap So Call Car Repair Insurance for cars. I wait 5yrs to get a new one.

I had my doubts about car warranty company but I took a chance with Carshield and I'm glad I did service was exceptional

Although I didn't have to use Car Shield because I bought a different car, I would not hesitate to sign up with them again!

I tried calling to stop my policy and was told I didn't have one, but you didn't mind taking $85 out of my checking account every month. So I called my back and had them make sure you can't take anymore out.

Good and would recommend to friends, but company should better explain out of pocket costs
