You have to be patient and wait for the adjusters decision, but it's worth it.

Always nice And knowledgeable.

The customer service called me about my monthly payment statement for my updated credit card.

Overall my experience in three years with CarShied was good and I did manage to save a lot of money on repairs. I guess if I had one complain is that most of the time the car was out of service because the dealership had to wait for CarShield to deliver the needed parts. On their behalf they offered a rental but being retired and having another vehicle I turned down they rental. If you have a car out of warranty I would strongly edge you to purchase a CarShield policy because in the long run you will save money on repair cost.

The first person I spoke with didn't have all the information correct with what Car Shield covers.
The second person I spoke with was more knowledgeable and put me more at ease.

I tell everyone to get it and tell them what they have done for me how much the saved me out of pocket and there was no disappointment in any thing thanks car shield your the best

Bought used car. Purchased a Car Shield warranty. Had an issue 2 months in. CS took 4+ weeks to tell me they were NOT going to cover my engine issue because of the type of oil that was in my car. Valvoline was out of the oil when I got it changed and substituted a similar type. Car Shield did everything they could to squirm out of covering my claim. Fraud. Stay away.

Experience was fast and efficient. I learned through the representative about that I did not know about. It is a great feeling and absolutely worth it to having a program such as Car Shield. You guys are magnificent.

No one, myself included, wants to experience high repairs, seemingly out of nowhere. Knowing that I was covered with Car Shield made all the difference. The claims process was seemless; received text updates from submission through approval.

I used my home appliance warranty purchased through Car Shield. The customer service was very helpful, and the day after my approved appliance repair was completed I received a bank deposit for the work completed, less the customary deductible.

We are so grateful that we had Car Shield coverage when we needed it. It saved us a lot of money. Well worth the monthly fee. Thank you!

I had great experience with my warranty extension through Car Shield.
They were recognized by dealers without hesitation.

Tow truck showed up in 15 minutes, and we recovered my stuck car!

They answer all my questions gave me input and look at adding more coverage

Saw advertising on TV and call a few years back to sign up and now I need the service and had no trouble in how to get the service

Knowing that I have car Shield it allows me to feel better knowing that if my vehicle breaks down it has substantial cost carshield has my back

They dragged their feet through the process and left me paying the entire car rental bill for a week since they took so long to approve COVERED work. You CAN'T speak to the same adjuster twice, they enter info into their system incorrectly, they flat out LIED to me when they told me that they still hadn't received anything at all from the shop until four days after requesting it repeatedly, when I was told the day after my car went into the shop that they did indeed receive what they needed from the repair shop. My service advisor from the repair shop was in constant communication with them yet they claimed they waited days to hear back from him. Even after they FINALLY paid for the covered part a week after my car sat in the shop NOT being worked on while American Auto Shield dragged their feet, I was still receiving texts from American Auto Shield for days later stating that they have submitted multiple requests for information from the repair shop and they are still waiting to hear back from them, even though by then they had already paid the repair shop and I already had my car back! That is just further proof of the disorganization of their staff and their system! My car was in the shop for over a week waiting for them to approve the work for a repair that was then done in less than a day, and because of their chaotic way of doing business I was stuck with a car rental bill for the entire week. I DO NOT recommend Car Shield to anyone. In fact, my son was going to call about getting coverage but after my ordeal he changed his mind and is looking elsewhere.
