Great service during the issue and after

I had my credit card number compromised again. I called to change to the new one.

Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the experience of the people that did the work.

The representative help me with the explanation of all the equipment that was covered and not covered in car shield gold plan

I am disabled and they never told me about having to drive atleast 400 miles before service kicked in. I drive 5 to 10 miless a week so it would take years to meet the miles. Also this was for my 2nd car which is an expedition which I only use to pick up supplies for projects so it would take over 5 years to reach 400 miles. I paid for over 6 months which and am on SS disability which hurts me finacially.

Although they didn't cover my problem,they were great in the past😀

Once I figured out how this policy worked, I'm very happy with it. I had a problem half a year ago or so and I had the Garage fix it and get in touch with you guys. It was denied because I did not realize the garage had to call you first Prior to them doing any work. I was in a tough situation with needing my car ASAP due to a family emergency and I did not realize that I needed approval before getting it done. Now that I know how it works I am very happy with what was done recently.

I call them and they answer all my questions. They have very good costumer service.

Although I never had to make a claim on my automobile, I was greatly for the peace of mind that Car Shield provided. Representative was courteous and professional explaining the different tier options available.

I appreciate the opportunity to get this service, although I may not be using it for a while. My vehicle is in very good condition, and I try to keep up with any maintenance it may need in a timely manner.

Call placedat noon, tow truck at my home within hour. Transported to dealer. Replacement part overnighted and repair completed next am. no other problems

Ask about covering sunroof, not covered cost $600 to fix, if you go to dealer I'm sure it would in the thousands.

I was disappointed with the amount of coverage I received and the lack of rental car reimbursement. Debating on keeping coverage.

The lady I spoke with was nice and helpful. She answered all my questions, and was able to help find me additional credits to help reduce the monthly price.
