Surely would nice if wear and tear and breakdowns could be clearer. Old Betsy has been wonderful. Tires, wipers, break pads, oil, filters, bulbs, easily defined. Old Betsy is all wear and tear so where do you draw the line?

Having been a customer for years now I have been totally satisfied with all services from Car Shield. They have handled all of my claims promptly and saved me from costly mechanics fees. The deductible is the only one that I have had to pay for the claims. I have auto-pay so not to worry about billing. Glad I have Car Shield 🛡

I called Car Shield right away for a tow to a dealer to replace the tire and they got a truck to tow me in very little time.

When my car needed to be fix car shield 🛡 was right on it.

They paid for my first motor then when that one did the samething as the other with the same code they said they wouldn't pay for another motor even tho the code was the same no difference

The noise was getting louder, we were unable to get an appointment with GALLES. Christian Bros was able to get us in and address the problem

They were able to take care of my concerns and meet our needs for car repair service contract.

I had 2 issues with my car, and Car Shield came through on both of them. They saved me several thousand dollars.

Following completion of agreement, I found that a military discount was available. Notified them the next day and they immediately granted the discount no question asked. Had to cancel due to purchase of new car. Already received partial refund. Am appreciative of their concern.

The time it took for you guys to look at my vehicle and gave me a rental that expired and had no vehicle ended up losing my job because of it. Then ended up denying my claim Stating was preexisting which wasn't and still have no vehicle

I have my vehicles with CarShield warranty. I have saved on automotive repairs. I am happy to have this coverage.

There were constant computer snafus on your end, after 1.5 hours on the phone I never received the email confirming my claim or how to proceed.
Looks like another couple hours on the phone to get the claim submitted. Poor form on your part.
