Took my car in check why my oil light keeps coming on took it shop the shop had my car for 2 weeks found out was oil pump bad not pumping okl into motor so rented a car for 2weeks paid over 400.00 i called u guys and a man told me they not going to teimburst me so machnic shop called you guys and told dem whats wrong and what ineeded a new totor and transs and gave th estaments then they ask for video of tare down of engine amd a live video of the work been doneand prove to you guys thats the problem then tell got to take pics of 4coners of car wimshield and door u guys like one live video of work been down at my exspense he had told u guys the problem i think thats wrong cause the car old u guys no like pay to get a brand new engine what kind of buisness are you running thats the reason i choose u guys ice tea makes it sound so good to be trhru got me fooled and all the shops in maui u guys gave me numbers that deals with u guys said they deleted u the only shop is the shop i went to hope his done with u too very bad

I didn't need service. It was a minor problem but car she was ready to help and I appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Returning from my trip and my car became disable. Transmission. Soon as I called they got the ball rolling. Tow to shop designated and rental to follow.

CarShield is a blessing, if you need your Car done, you have it made. Only pay 100.00 dollars down, and the Co. Pays the rest. All the other companies charge 150, or more, and there's a catch to it all, do not get stuck, go with the right Co. And your mind will be at ease

After I was approved for the maintenance & part for my vehicle, carshield was very slow in the payment process, they had to be called several times for the auto shop to finally receive their payment, I have found why several auto shops do not wish to deal with this company, their response was they were short staffed. So far that is my only complaint with carshield, this needs to be addressed thoroughly so customers won't feel like their being scamed

It has taken a month to get answers on my broke down vehicle. The shop has already said it will need a new transmission but carshield has asked more questions than my life insurance company did. I am without a vehicle and in jeopardy of losing my job now.
