I was unable to sign into the app. I called and the assistance tried to walk me through the steps but l was still unable to access the app. He referred me to me to someone else and they explained that they were having internal problems and asked me to wait before l tried again.
Both assistance were professional and personable. Each one tried to assist me and I didn't feel that l was being ignored.

A claim to have the window motor repaired was denied and no one from Car Shield called to inform me.

I had a good experince with all who helped me from Car Shield.
The Mechanic had high remarks about your claim adjuster & his professionalism. The only issue I have after my car was repaired.
Car Sheild paid $600.00 & I had to pay $959.00
The Madis manager said he had never seem such a high deductable as mind $500.00

Yes, unfortunately, due to the age and mileage of the vehicle at the time coverage was set up—specifically with over 219,000 miles—the $500 deductible was the only option available. Additionally, health check reports are considered part of routine maintenance and are not eligible for coverage under the terms of the contract.

I am very disappointed with my service so far. My truck has been in the shop for a week now. It could have been fixed by now but do to the constant requirement for service records it has very much delayed my truck getting fixed! You only allow me a rental for 7 days yet I don't know when my truck will be done because of all of the delays. Please get my truck fixed once I turn the rental in I am stranded with no vehicle. Another person called me, saying that car shield was being sued and would not cover my car. I called to let car shield know someone was scamming their customers

It took over 10 days to process through your system and you refused to pay for anything. You "did not see" a problem, but did you ride in the car and hear the clunking every time the steering while was cranked to park or back up? No you didn't! If the problem they discovered was with the steering, how can you make an educated judgement by looking at it.
I am scheduled to bring my car to my local mechanic and I am cancelling your alleged service.
We have not received a final decision on this claim yet. Our claims team has been attempting to contact the repair facility since 8/28 but has only been able to leave voicemail messages. It is the repair facility's responsibility to provide a cause of failure, which has not been submitted at this time. They have requested photos or video evidence showing an active leak of the rear main seal. Additionally, according to the inspection report, the repair facility was unable to demonstrate a failure related to the rack and pinion or power steering pump. If the repair facility is prepared to provide this information, please have them contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further.
A window Regulator failed in my 2016 Hyundai and I took it to Benson Hyundai for repairs after calling Car Shield. In November of 2024 two of my windows failed and they were repaired at the same facility with Car Shield's approval. This time there was a problem with the allotted time element for repairs. The repair facility called me to inform me of the issue. After playing phone tag to see what the issue was, I finally told the repair center to accept the difference and I would pay the additional amount.

The guide we use is designed to be fair and accommodating—it even factors in the use of hand tools, which helps ensure consistency across all types of repair facilities, regardless of their equipment.

WORST WARRANTY COMPANY EVER!
WORST WARRANTY COMPANY! My first time choosing to get a warranty on my vehicle only to get completely SCREWED by them. I would not recommend them AT ALL. And after my horrible experience as I have asked around almost everyone has said they are awful to work with and most the time won't cover. They lied to me, they lied to my mechanic, and at the end of the say the coverage they said they provided was complete BS! Do not recommend and honestly if you can get out now do it. There is a reason they do month to month. Won't issue me any type of refund for the money I spent for a coverage that did not cover when I needed it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After reviewing your claim, we found that the repair facility informed our team this issue had been present as far back as March, prior to your contract being purchased. Unfortunately, that makes it a pre-existing condition, which is not eligible for coverage under the terms of the contract.
As explained at the time of enrollment, the month-to-month plan is refundable only within the first 30 days. After that period, it operates as a pay-as-you-go agreement. While we understand this may be disappointing, your coverage remains active and available for use through 9/22/25.
