Two people hung up on me, Two people tried to assist. I was not informed be any person that I would not receive any assistance. I called back buy the office was closed and the person I was talking to stopped talking and the phone hung up.
I had a main computer failure (a very expensive repair) and Car Shield took care of it all the way from the towing to the repair shop to getting me a rental car while it was being repaired all the way to delivery of my repaired vehical.

The first time I had to file a claim and CarShield was on it! They authorized the repair, shipped the part to the repair shop and everything was done in a timley manor.

Called to set up rental and had to speak to rental department. That evening, I spoke with 3 different people and all were totally rude (Benjamin, Shia and cannot remember other person's name). I called the next morning and got Shaniya who was so very nice! She took my complaint, seemed very concerned and helped me finish my task. It was so easy to for her to accommodate me and I appreciate her.

I came to church on Sunday and hit a curve and blew out two tires when I called Car Shield the towing service was there in 10 minutes. What great service thank you car Shield. I've been a Car Shield customer for three years and this is the first time I had to use them.

They provided a rental car only problem was, the garage it was taken to had it for 2 days and figured they didn't have the equipment to do the job. It then had to be brought to a garage that had the right equipment we had to wait to get authorization that took 2 days and the weekend. Work hadn't started and I had to return the rental. It was a long process.

I was able to take my car in to a repair shop and get my car serviced with no problems. After the approval for the repair shop to start the work on my vehicle, and I was approved to get a rental vehicle also. No problems doing the whole experience.
