I have not had truck for a week rental car returned friday 09/06/24 a new claim was opened with a new deductible to fix a nother problem toyota will have truck 3 or 4 more days but i cannot get rental on second claim even though there is a second deductible for added problem if separate claim ishould have another vrhicle to use while that is fixed

Not used this service as of this time! I hope when I do need this service I will not have to fight for my right to have my truck serviced. I saw some disturbing things on the TV about Carshield, I hope it's not true!
